Fastway needs an URGENT revamp, to stay in business

Sent a parcel to port shepstone, went to port Elizabeth! Sent a parcel to Newcastle, went to Durban! Emailed Johannesburg office twice, didn't reply email. Booked a collection, received reply ''noted'', nobody came to collect. Changed about 3 or 4 drivers in a few weeks.
