Fastway / Nakooda Service Rustenburg depot

Rustenburg depot have been very fast to phone me weekly to see if I have packages to be delivered, but as soon as I do need them I wait a week for service. They have a different account to make EFT's and to load the bank acc is near to impossible. When I asked to pay directly when the courier arrives it wasn't accepted. Then when my payment eventually did go through it went through twice (another complaint to this specific bank I need to lodge) and then to have the payment reversed ended in a series of lies. Lie nr 1 my package was bigger than initially anticipated (after carefully measuring and weighing and receiving the call as the driver just left and saying it is in the warehouse) so the costs went up, so I have to now pay extra. Lie nr 2 they will then pay the extra money out of their pocket because my package was bigger, surely they wanted to cover their banking costs to reverse my 2nd payment, but ask me and I will gladly pay the costs. Do not play the victim and ***** money from my 2nd payment that I didn't authorize. I will gladly move to another courier company even if their costs are more. I never know who to call for collection as the drivers do not last (surely as this job must be terrible) I have been using Fastway Pretoria depot for years and it was an absolute joy. Rustenburg depot trading as Nakooda Service is an absolute disgrace to Fastway brand!
