Fastway my backside they didn’t deliver my children’s Christmas gifts

Fastway couriers my backside, between them and Buffalo Logistics i dnt know who is more pathetic, they promised to deliver my children’s xmas gifts on the 23 December that never happened and my kids had no gifts to open, then they said they would deliver on the 27december that didn’t happen eventually after numerous calls and messages I sent my husband all the way to kempton park to collect the parcel and he waited almost two hours to get the parcel this is the most ********** courier service I have ever dealt with
