Fastway must change to Slowway

I places an order with FFC and on the 30th Sep received a message that my order was completed and is with the courier. Since the 2nd my order was mistakenly taken to CPT and later in transit to JHB. I've sent them a whatsapp chat of which they take long to respond. They tell you exactly what you told them. I sent an email even now no response or feedback from them. I might have paid R65 for goods to be couriered but their service is shocking!!! All I want to know is when will my parcel be delivered as I'm looking clients due to this. You guys are really pathetic at client service
