Fastway - More like the *********** and slow way.

I don't know what it is with Fastway, but they don't seem to know which depot should should deliver to me, and because of it, my deliveries are always take an extra 2 days. I am in a region that both Jhb and Pta both deliver to, yet neither wants to do the delivery so they keep on sending it between each other, this happens with every delivery that they do. I called the ops manager (Wanda - Excuse the spelling if its wrong) for Pretoria and he said he would keep an eye out for it. Yet i check again in the afternoon and guess what, it's doing exactly what it always does and gets returned. I called again to find out what the problem was, and he said there is nothing he can do except for me to stipulate with the sender for them to make a note that it must be sent from the Pta depot.
