Fastway.. .. More like Slow way!

I am extremely fed up with Fastway couriers. They should be called Slow way. My most recent delivery was sent from Cape Town and I am in durban. I went to track my parcel this morning and it says it is currently in transit between the Cape Town and Johannesburg branch. Why is it going to Johannesburg when I am in Durban!? My tracking number is RA***. Please can someone explain to me what is going on and when I will receive my parcel? This delay means I will not likely receive my parcel this week. I would also like to mention that this is the second time this has happened to me with Fastway! And my previous delivery from Fastway resulted in my parcel being received at the depot at 7:36 in the morning, only to be left there overnight and delivered the following day. I think Fastway is the slowest courier company in S. A.
