Fastway?! More like Pathetic way

Was expecting a delivery on the 04/12/15 as the company assured me it would be here on Friday and as per the tracking on Fastway website it was supposed to be delivered on the Friday. Friday came and no package on the tracking it said it was rescheduled to be delivered the next delivery date which is Monday...Monday came and went still no delivery nobody at Fastway even have the decency to contact the sender or the receiver to inform of any problem. Useless service I will never suggest or use them.
