Fastway ? More like NoWay

FastWay should be rebranded as NoWay.

Cause there is No way that you'll get customer service, No way that you'll receive your parcel in the stipulated time frame, and NO WAY that I would recommend anyone to use your services, and then be expected to PAY for it!

3 calls, 2 follow ups... 1st call - We'll get back to you, seems the address is incorrect (HELL only knows why ???) As the Road is not even situated in the suburb mentioned back to me, but no will be rectified. - We'll get back to you - Never happend 2nd call no let me check and get back to you - Never Happened 3rd call Address still not fixed, still not dispatched and you get the phone put down on you ...

Rebranding would be the best fit for this company
