FastWay ?,, More like No-Way !

Got notification that my parcel will be delivered today. And nothing has come. Tried their whatsapp line, useless robot replies. Called their delivery guy that I got on their website 4 times, no answer.

Why send a "out for delivery" notification when you dont keep to your word.
