I bought a irreplaceable item from someone in Cape Town and I stay in Jhbafter deliberation we chose to use fastway as it in close to the persons residence after it took forever to arrive in Jhb depot i got a message that my packaged is damaged no explanation no guidance NOTHING not even an apology i had to track my parcel myself I am unable to reach anyone for assistance only a ai bpt which stated that I have to make a claim but only as a temu client which I am not so now I am sitting with no package explanation or any communication ****med by a pathetic courier company I would recomend them closing their doors they are pathetic
