Fastway means no way

I ordered a soil tester on line from Designer Water in Centurion on 4 Oct. and I also paid for delivery per courier to my residence in Bathurst, Eastern Cape. I received a tracking # from Designer Water and checked on Fastway Couriers' web site that the parcel has indeed been picked up at Designer Water, Centurion and on it's way to Fastway warehouse in East London. This is to date the only message one gets on this web site as it never seems to get updated further.<br> As I have some plants that has to be planted urgently, but require a specific soil PH, I really need this soil tester urgently but this is not happening.<br> On 8 Oct. I completed the on line query on Fastway's web site and rec'd an electronic response that somebody from Fastway will contact me shortly. To date nobody from Fastway contacted me.<br> Reverting back to Heather at Designer Water The Fastway Manager at East London promised delivery on 8 Oct. To date, i.e. 12 Oct. this has not happened yet.<br> Just briefly: I received nothing but exemplary service and assistance from Designer Water. A pity though that the performance of Fastway Couriers mars this service.
