Fastway lost my parcel

Fastway couriers lost my parcel.

Parcel was collected by them from the courier company whom handles international courier service.

Their driver came to me after my complaint and confirmed that he dropped off his colleague to deliver my parcel. I did not sign or receive my parcel.

They now want me to request a refund from the company I ordered from. Ridiculous! You lost my parcel and you will refund me.

If no response I will make your company famous on social media!
