Fastway lies and lies and lies!!! 3 days in a row of messing up

It takes fastway 3 days to rectify an address and for 3 days they sent it to the wrong address. I was promised by Sugan yesterday that an after hours delivery would reach me no later than 7.30pm at home. Nothing arrived and nobody called to explain or apologise. After a very very long day, I got into bed and my phone rings at 9.30pm from a driver requesting to drop off my delivery at 10pm! Like WHAT THE ACTUAL **** IS THAT. I said no to last nights delivery and no to this morning’s delivery YET AT 6am I got WhatsApp messages to ask if the driver can deliver now. Why so pathetic Sugan? I hate ****s and I hate unprofessional service even more. You’ll chose to pass the buck on your driver yet the telephonic call from Sugan yesterday confirmed his GM would come through once the van returned to the deposit by 6pm. It’s an absolute Mickey Mouse operation run by a bunch of clowns !!!
