Fastway Keeps Failing to Deliver My Temu Order Without Contacting

I ordered a package through Temu and Fastway Couriers has been handling the delivery. The tracking number is Z***. They’ve marked my delivery as “missed” multiple times, but no one ever called me, rang my doorbell, or attempted to deliver.

Each time, they take the parcel back to the depot without giving me a chance to receive it. I also didn’t receive any real-time communication from the driver, and their WhatsApp service is fully automated and unhelpful. To make things worse, the customer service email (***) bounces back as invalid.

This has caused unnecessary stress and delays. I want Fastway to take accountability, contact me directly, and make a real delivery attempt. I also expect communication before delivery so I don’t miss it again.

Please resolve this urgently or release the package so I can collect it myself.
