Fastway is very slow and now my customers didnt get their Christmas orders because of this

My Avon order has been laying in the Pretoria East Bay sonce 7am the 21st of December. Avon promised that all orders placed before 20 December will be delivered before Christmas My.order was placed 14 Dec, I paid the same day and my parcel has been laying in the Fastway Pretoria East Bay aonce 7am on 21 December No1 can assist me, and Avon says its out of their hands. Poor poor service from both Avon and Fastway Fastway is very slow, I always have to wait for my orders to be delivered, it lays in the bays for days before being delivered.
