Fastway is useless

A certain overseas retail company recently changed their South African delivery courier company from Buffalo to Fastway. Cheaper does not always mean better. Fastway is beyond useless. A bunch of dishonest idiots and ****s. I dealt with them on 3 previous occasions before in the past & I had issues with them on all 3 occasions. This will be nr 4. First they leave my package in some customs warehouse for 6 days. Then the package eventually ends up with them. Another few days passes. “Your package is ready to be delivered and will go out on the next delivery run” (Assumably the next day that is) Next day - “your package is with the driver and is out for delivery” - What a lie!!!! It never left the warehouse!!! I will NEVER in a thousand years use or recommend Fastway as they WILL drop the ball. Beyond useless
