Fastway is unreliable

This is totally outrageous! My parcel was picked up on Monday, all went well, until Wednesday, when it arrived at the location in Secunda, it still has not been delivered, and it is Friday already. I tried contacting them, but there is no answer and the Witbank hub's telephone does not work.
