Fastway is the worst courier service

In March of 2020, before the lockdown, a parcel was collected from Skyworth Digital in Durban. The driver who collected the parcel, neglected to scan in the parcel and subsequently had a disciplinary. Instead of informing the customers of what is going on, they just remain quiet and do not follow-up. I phoned them on numerous occassions, only for them to tell me to contact the sender. Total incompetence and lack of ownership.

This is the worst service i have ever receivedfrom ANY courier company used.
