Fastway is the worst Courier in S.A

This has to be the worst courier company alive. I ordered a package on bid or buy. I was impressed how quickly it was shipped. When i tracked the package on friday it showed package is on courier vehicle and they gave me the drivers cell(very weird you give out your employee cell numbers nilly willy). I called the guy and he said it was delivered signed by the security at my work. 7 packages was delivered same day. I checked with Security and all they have written down is 5 packages from Fastway. None for me. This is where the back and forth between me and Fastway began , the driver also started ignoring my calls. Called there depot and was told driver says its delivered i must go look for my package. Seriously? We checked Signatures of all packages and there is nothing at my place of work for me. I contacted the seller who is trying to sort it out. I do feel for them as this is the couriers fault not theirs. The driver insists the package is signed for but cannot produce the proof its signed.

Then i checked this morning and Fastway has the nerve to put my name next to signed? Are these people mad or something? I gave no special instructions for this to be delivered to the Security or have someone else sign for it. This is on Fastway and they need to find the package. Dont blame other people for your poor workmanship.

I hope people stop using these idiots, Horrible customer service, No people s****s at all and no care what so ever.
