Fastway is terrible

I have ordered a package on the 5th November, since the 13th my package was in transit between johannesburg to cape town. It is set to arrive the 18th November by the latest, it is the 19th November and i am still waiting. no customer service whatsoever, i contacted them but they only say it's outbound on the courier vehicle. The most slowest, stupidest & unprofessional couriers ever.
