Fastway is pathetic

I wish I could give negative stars. Their service is disgusting. I have tried to track a parcel and data is days old. Their website says chat with an agent now - click and have been waiting over 5 hours online to chat to someone. Call them and after being on hold for over 20 mins they put phone down
