FASTWAY IS NOW NOWAY

Tender document was collected on 31/03/16 and had to be delivered on 1/04/16.Today is 6/04/16 and it still has not been delivered. Poor document is off the courier vehicle and back on the vehicle. This courier company is not even a joke, they are pathetic. When enquiring nobody responds. One thing, can't complain about their service as there is no service. My opinion is do not pay upfront for deliveries as they then do as they like. I was actually wondering if any of their staff have the ability to read as the deliveries are either not done on time and you don't get any replies to your queries. Deliveries are also done when businesses are closed in the evenings, very clever.
