Fastway is not it

I have ordered something from shein and they were the courier. When i check on their site it says my order was delivered and signed for but i never received it. When i call them about my order they hung up on me. When i finally spoke to someone they advised me my package was part of a hijacking yesterday and nobody informed me nothing. I dont even get an email or anything confirming this. Shein then mails me a delivery receipt but i never gotten anything from the courier and they never informed shein of this so called hijacking. Do not use them they are unprofessional and have no people skills its just about the money
