Fastway is not fast or reliable

No parcels had any notice of being delivered (courier does not inform client) One parcel was left on the dustbin shown via CCTV footage. One went missing. One took 4 days to come from Joburg to Cape Town. Calls arent answered, staff admit they cant deal with capacity of calls or messages. Whatsapp line isnt attended to, You cannot speak to a manager or lodge a formal complaint / investigation. I'm on hold now for 26 minutes trying to speak to a manager ... no reply ... really pathetic service. Your short staffing issue is affecting your business and it isnt the customers problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND this courier.
