Fastway is not as fast

I ordered something from temu. Paid import tax and accounting to the tracking information on the website I was supposed to get my order on the 17th. On the 18th it showed it was moved from one bay to the other. I called on the 18th spoke to a lady called Lebogang and told her that Friday (19th) I need to leave at 10am can we arrange for the deliver to be before then. Then she said it's all good. Today no one called me. I called around 4pm asking what's going on. Spoke to the same person again a d she said she will call back. She called back and told me the driver should be there in 30min. So I asked and she said it's ok to go and wait there... I waited till 17:45 and no one pitched up. Now I must wait till Monday for my order and it's a birthday gift I bought for someone who is celebrating their birthday on the 20th.

So I highly recommend a different courier company.
