Fastway is full of ****

I’m really not happy with Fastway. I was supposed to receive my parcel on 1 December 2022. When I track it they say it’s been scanned and will be delivered the next day. Till today I have not received it. When I call the office no one is picking up. I sent a number of emails there is no response. I need the parcel urgently. This is the worst courier company in South Africa it should be shut down. They are not doing well.
