Fastway is fine until it's not

I ordered a package from Joburg to Cape Town. The package arrived in CT depot on Saturday and by Wednesday hadn't moved. I tried their online chat thimng and got through to Jason. He's absolutely useless, I'm not even sure he's an actual human. That's Fastway's version of customer service.
