Fastway is costing me R17000.00 because of bad service

Wow is all I can say. Order a part. Shouldve arrived in George this morning. Have to get that part to my client tomorrow. The truck never arrived. Call Fastway George multiple times troughout the day. Not one awnsered phone call. I eventually go there and I get told that it is loadshedding and overall she is busy so she can not awnser the phone, please note that she also has an attitude. Now I must refund my client R17000.00 for the part that he ordered because I cannjot deliver on time. This is coming from a small bussiness owner that barely gets by in the month. I get a phone number to call and everyone says sorry they can do nothing. This is completely and utterly unacceptable. For your wrong doing I must pull on the short end of the string. I must get hit financially because you guys can not and are not willing to do your job properly (wich you get paid to do). Please please please do not use fastway. Some of th staff seems not to care much about their clients.
