FASTWAY is a sin to the word customer service

I am totally disgusted by Fastway service. I have been waiting for parcel since Thursday. I've been calling their line ********** , finally got answered this morning. The courier drivers phone is on voice mail, so even their own reception is not able to get hold of him. Therefore no one is able to explain to me why the delivery that is in his (Anele) car - as per tracking system - has not been delivered to me. I asked to escalate the complain, to supervisor, Jean whom I am told is not answering his line and i am still waiting for him to return my call. The service has been paid for in full but no customer service
