Fastway is a HORRIBLE service provider!

This is a horrible service provider. Their 'Contact Us' channels are never attended to. I called and got no response, I texted on Whatsapp and never got a response. I reached out to their 'Local Expert' in Morningside who blatantly ignored my texts even after reading them. Their only chat is was responded to after 30 minutes and was told my parcel will be delivered in 14 days even after paying all the Customs duties etc. I would never use this useless company again, and I hope Temu cancels their association with them.
