Fastway horrible service and attitude

I called in because I got notifications that my parcel could not be delivered. A lady answered, interrupted me mid sentence, had the worst attitude while "assisting" me, this irritated tone of voice, and then left me on hold until the call cut. I called again and a male answered, same thing, he was more helpful but I could hear the irritation in his voice. I will never use this courier again!
