Fastway horrible service

The worst delivery company with horrible staff members. My delivery was supposed to be delivered on Friday 05/01, sms received in the morning. By 5pm my delivery was still not received with no communication. They sent a WhatsApp around 7pm telling me to come collect my order at a filling station the following morning between 8-8:30am. If i wanted to collect why would i chose delivery option and pay for it???!

Furthermore the driver was rude.

It’s Monday no communication and i still do not have my order that was placed 29th December from Woolworths.
