Fastway - Hell no. No speed or service.

What a poor excuse of a courier company. I was told my parcel will be next day which definitely did not happen. Then I tried calling them were I got to a central number, I asked to be put through to the CPT depot and was put on hold, eventually the call get answered and only to be put on hold again and transferred to someone else and again on hold for more than 45 minutes. I then decided to go to the depot to be received by the receptionist rudely with excuses of oh their phone lines were having issues, and they dont do next day deliveries. The receptionist then took my reference number and said she will try and get the bay manager to get my parcel for me and I must wait. Needless to say I waited for another 45 minutes for the woman to come back to me saying oh no the parcel is not there and out on delivery and I must call the driver as it is not her problem. While me talking to this woman she walks away pulling a face. When confronting the thing she says oh don't I want the drivers number.

What the hell. all over their website they brag about unique service and approach. That's for sure uniquely bad and pathetic service and approach, ***** the client. When calling the driver I was told oh he tried calling me but I did not answer, well obviously cause I was hold to their office for ever. He then told me well he does not know when he will be delivering my parcel as he is busy and it is not his problem. I asked about what time he would do the delivery so that I can make sure I am at the property he said no I must just wait.
