Fastway has no customer support and no contact with person is possible

No customer service. Browser chat and whatsapp get no response from agent. calling them does not work as just rings until voice mail saying mailbox is full. can never talk to anyone.

Parcel was sent on 22 July from Jhb to Pretoria. by 5 Aug it was still not delivered. Then it suddenly got sent to Cape Town.
