Fastway has ****** my parcel and they claim they didnt do it

A parcel was collected for delivery from me on the 15th of December. Till today the client has not received it. When i query they say there is no proof of collection then they say it was not collected from my home. I was charged R95 delivery fee. I received the call at my gate at 5pm at 5:30pm i receievrd the confirmation email stating my parcel has been collected. No information after that. This company has gps trackers on every vehicle they will see the delivery person was at my place. This js a *****ulent company. Do not deal with them. My client is still waiting for the parcel. Now i have to refund her. This is uncalled for and ***** in all its langauges. When i call both fastway and bobgo its on their system that the parcel was fetched
