Fastway has bad customer service

My experience with fastway courier is very bad so far. I placed three orders on Temu and they were shipped with fastway, I always recieve the package late opened and sealed with a sole tape. In every package 3 items were missing. Like today I recieved an order with tracking number M*** 3 items were missing I recieved 5 items instead of 8 items. My problem is that is not the first time this is happening.... I honestly need my things coz I paid tax for everything bug I always recieve things missing
