Fastway George Terrible

<p>Last week Wednesday morning i phoned Fastway George to pick up an parcel in Plettenberg Bay and they said I must email them so I emailed them early all details of the parcels. The only rep**** much later as i expect an quick reply after i emailed them so they can maybe pick up the parcel the same day. They then send me an email with the banking details for the parcel so I can do an EFT so i did. So that day they didnt pitch the next day I send them an email again cause I had another parcel with the previous parcels of the previous day for them to pick up and said I will pay cash for that one. Guess what the next day they didn't pitch either. So Friday i asked them for a refund of the parcel I ordered first they said they will refund my account but until today no sign of an refund. I'm really disappointed in Fastway George for their service. I used another courier company which service was fantastic. I highly recommend not to use fastway if you want effecient service from an courier company</p>
