FASTWAY FULL OF LIES AND INCOMPETANCE!

I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALED!!! Fastway Couriers South Africa Been given the run around this entire week by your staff, first telling me the parcel will be delivered on Monday. When I queried I was told that it WAS delivered. Upon asking for the Waybill to confirm the signiture of the recipient I was told that he isn't answering his phone. TODAY I get a response saying "Friday delivery Thank you" from a MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!! Blessing Mushai. After phoning her to express my disappointment I was shocked at the absolute nonchalant carefree attitude I was met with. SHOCKING SHOCKING SERVICE!!! No apology, no urgency, incredibly unprofessional. I will NEVER make use of this service EVER and I will make sure EVERY supplier I make use of know about your absolute incompetance!
