Fastway?? Fast??? I dont know

Parcel collected in Johannesburg 24th of August Parcel onboard the courier vehicle in port elizabeth since the 27th. I've emailed fastway twice no response as to where my package is. I've messaged the courier driver as the number is on the fastway website.....reads the message but doesnt respond. This is ridiculous.......paid for a package and tomorrow will be 2 weeks so no package. From pick up on the 24th.....today is the 1st of september. Bad bad customer service
