Fastway

Poor service. Merchant despatched goods on 22 August (same city) and to-date nothing has been received. The courier called to set-up a delivery time and didn't arrive. I followed up the next day and was promised that the goods would be delivered by 5pm. This didn't happen. I am yet to receive the items I require.
