Fastway - Empty promises with no delivery!

Three days of no delivery after receiving an sms stating that my order is out for delivery. When following up, customer service tells you that the courier is in your area and will deliver within the next hour, but the driver does not pitch. The problem with this is that I have to make arrangements to be at home to receive the delivery, just for them not to show.

This is the third bad experience with this awful company, and I will definitely not use them again, EVER. Stay away!!!!
