Fastway East London not recommended

We have used Fastway a lot since the 2014 postal strike and they usually rate highly, but we have recently been badly let down on deliveries in the East London area. Parcels have not been delivered, or have taken more than two weeks.<br> And the tracking does not help, \in transit"for 10 days = disappeared.<br> It seems they pass our parcels on to a \""third party\"" and forget about them.<br> The case mentioned disappeared for 3 weeks"
