Fastway

I have been waiting for my parcel forever the parcel arrived on the 8th of August in PE. I have called on Wednesday and I was told it will be delivered the following day (Thursday). I have called on Friday around 13H00 no picked up I tried again Monday 15th of August no one is picking up! This is pathetic my customers are panicking I am losing business. There is no communication of what is holding the merchandise up. They should change "Fastway" to "Sloway" couriers!
