FASTWAY DURBAN - *********** STAFF, POOR COMMUNICATION- USERS BEWARE

I would just like to very briefly Inform consumers whom use Courier companies to Be aware about Fastway Couriers. I have sent a parcel with them In May, Its now been estimated 3 months that the parcel was ****** and the staff at Fastway in Durban are very ***********. The matter has not yet been resolved, The staff lack communication and this was supposed to have been resolved within a Month. I have taken the matter up with the GM now and awaiting a response. Should I not have a positive response, I will update this review in the Week. I am happy to suggest One good courier Company as an alternate whom I have been using also for years and I have joy of receiving Excellent Rates and swift services. the company is called " Courier Guy". Another Great company with Excellent rates is Aramex. #WIN
