Fastway drivers don’t want to deliver my parcel, rude customer service consultant

Very unreliable courier company with poor customer service.

I have an order that’s been with them for 7 days now in CPT, they were supposed to deliver my parcel Monday and the driver calls to inform me that he doesn’t come to Delft area I should go pick up my parcel at the mall, it’s Monday morning I’m working how am I supposed to go to the mall when I paid for a doorstep delivery on purpose?

I managed to get hold of the driver and he suggests that I change the delivery address to my work address, gave him the address and told him whoever is coming needs to come around 2pm-3pm that’s the only time I’m available and have access to my phone, tell you what? Fast way driver called me 15:43 which was way past the time I requested to be called by, now to make things worse I call the Cape Town depot, whoever works in the customer service there just picks up the phone and keeps quiet.

You really need to decide if you want to work as a courier company or not because you have a really poor service and I am done trying to meet you halfway you can do whatever you would like to do with my order
