Fastway drivers are useless

Drivers they always lie saying they've called and phone was off. This has happened more 4 times now. How does my phone be off whenever fastway courier has to deliver? More two occasions i found courier driver chilling outside the store having friendly chats. They definitely cancel deliveries on purpose because they cannot fullfil their tasks for the day. I cannot pay courier fee and still arrange to meet driver somewhere. Its absolutely pathetic service.
