Fastway.... downhill fast

I wish I had read the reviews before contracting a series of deliveries in Cape Town to this firm. The service starts well, you pay and then it's downhill very fast!! That's the only "fastway" I experienced. They then don't return calls even when you say it's urgent, a whatsapp service that they recommend instead of calling you back but that is "experiencing technical difficulties". All appalling. The one star is only due it there being no zero.
