Fastway, don't use them

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. Parcel picked up 3/12/2024 in Cape Town, it arrived in Pretoria depot 5/12/2024 and just been lying in the depot since then. Now it has been allegedly misdirected. You can't call the depot, no one answers, online chat only opens for one time chat, WhatsApp line which is supposed to be prioritized according to the website no one answers. My package is a medic alert bracelet, which I need urgently in case of emergency. This is also not the first time this year that my fastway package was lying at the depot for weeks. No feedback, no answer on messages or calls. Useless.
