Fastway doesn't deliver and has rude drivers!

Fastway failed to deliver my order and gave me the driver's name Lucky to call on *** , he was rude and told me he delivered in my street and have no other delivery. It is the second time Fastway closes my shipment as delivered when they did not deliver! I My order from Mr Price #*** was said to be delivered and I did not receive it. I called to query my order status and was told it was accepted by me yesterday when I was home the entire day and no parcel was delivered. Mr Price agents did not even bother giving me my fastway tracking number. I need my parcel!

I stay alone so no one could've accepted my order on my behalf.
