Fastway does not deliver. You will lose your money and your things

ZERO stars if I could. I ordered all my Christmas presents and more online at the end of November. I paid all vat, duty and fees etc. This company disputes my payments. Everything that landed with Buffalo, has been delivered, no problem, but Slowway is sitting with my presents and more, so I had to do the whole Christmas rush thing and now I had to double spend. I lost so much money and all the things I bought online, I was so excited to get for everyone, is gone. Such a huge loss. Thousands of rands down the drain. I encourage people to make sure when they order online who will be the courier company and if it's Fastway, stay away!! DO NOT ORDER. You will not get your order. I don't know if they keep the stuff or what they do, but I know of people who did actually eventually get their parcels and everything was broken. I, however, have never received any of my goods from them ever.
